First flight, drone lifted off straight up, then started flying horizontal picking up speed and ultimately crashing into a building some distance away.
second flight, I only lifted it about 4 feet off the ground, again it started flying horizontally by itself and crashed.
did all the prechecks, pairing, calibrations, GPS strength etc...
